The matched components in this kit will wake up your engine and allow you to remove the governor safelyThe included flywheel will not work with the Honda UT2 rev limiting coil. Use R_12083 coil if you have the UT2 style coil. This flywheel will not work with the electric starter on the engine or the recoil starter. This requires the use of a handheld starter
