Crank Adapter Sleeve
This will allow the use of a 1″ torque converter or clutch on the minibikes and other engines with 16MM crankshaft
KIT CONTENTS
Adapter sleeve, 16MM ID to 1″ OD
3/16″ x 1/4″ x 3/4″ Keystock
16MM ID washer
Extended tip set screw
M6-1.0 x 55MM Crank Bolt
M6 Flat Washer
Place the 16MM ID washer onto the crank and slide the sleeve on the crank. Place the 3/16″x1/4″ key in the slot in line with the set screw. Insert the set screw and tighten it down so it is snug. Now you can install the torque converter or clutch with the provided 1/4″ key slot in the sleeve.
We have included an M-1.0 x 55MM bolt and washer to use on the products. Please verify the bolt threads all the way in!
Due to the inconsistencies in the products, please verify the bolt size BEFORE using an impact gun or wrench!
