The aftermarket upgrade carburetor is made to use with GX200 style Honda Clone 6.5 Hp engines such as those used on the Falcon 200, and it uses a 15/16″ (24 mm) diameter air intake. Besides being a good fit on the Falcon 200 196cc mini bike, this carburetor is also compatible with 196cc, 200cc, and 212cc mini bike, pit bike, and go-kart engines, and is equipped with a manual choke and a fuel shut off valve as shown.

Because a carburetor works best when the air that flows into it is clean, we offer this fine carb with an optional standard air filter, or with a high performance air filter to keep the dust and crud out, or without any optional filter at all. Whether you only need the carb or if you prefer one of the carb & filter combinations, we are sure that our easily-installed carburetor with 24 mm air intake will enhance your engine’s performance. This carburetor is compatible with 196cc, 200cc, and 212cc mini bike, pit bike, and go-kart engines, and is equipped with a manual choke, and a fuel shut off valve.

The carburetor has a water trap feature that prevents water condensation from getting into your carb and freezing overnight. The trap is the small reservoir directly under the fuel cut-off switch, and it allows the carb to be periodically cleaned of water, ice, and other carb-clogging gunk.

If cold weather running isn’t an issue, you may want our 6.5 Hp GX200 Carburetor. It’s the same carburetor, just without the auxiliary water trap.

High Performance Filter Note: The optional high performance filter assembly includes a stack. This is the large machined alloy ring with a beveled inside diameter that fits into the rubber base of the filter. When mounting this filter assembly, always make sure that the wider end of the hole is inside of the filter and the smaller or narrower end of the hole is on the carburetor side. When properly mounted, the stack functions as a venturi, smoothing the air flow into the carburetor and likewise smoothing the engine’s running.

We recommend replacement of the carburetor gasket when replacing the carburetor, as it is easily ripped and torn when removing the old carburetor. The gasket can be found at the link below:
