Description of Blem: The bolt hole pattern on the flange is not correct, has Honda GX200 pattern
How to Fix Blem:
1. Using the old recoil, line up two holes with the blem recoil
2. Mark correct hole placements
3. Drill out marked holes
4. Install the recoil
