With a combination of this sprocket hub adapter plate and a standard wheel hub you have a sturdy, lightened, sprocket hub that can be easily allow a sprocket change.

Works with standard wheel hubs (4 on 2-13/16, 4 on 2-7/8, and 4 on 4)
Works with Spiderbox, allows for sprocket change from the 31T to larger sprockets.
Really useful for dual flange hub applications
