This mini bike part screws into the bottom of the fuel tank. Known models are the Baja DB Doodlebug, MB165 & MB200 & the Motovox MBX10 and MBX11.

This may work on a variety of scooters, mini bikes, and pit bikes using Chinese made Honda clone GX100 2.8 Hp and GX200 6.5 Hp engines.
