You will need to re-use your oil trap.
This adaptor was designed to use this way for support, as well as trapping your oil overflow.
We have noticed some air boxes have irregular thickness intakes. This will be a snug fit.
You will need to purchase 1 extra clamp, not supplied.
A small amount of work on your part, just saves you money for other purchases.
Works with all air filters that have a 2-7/16″ inlet.
With this adapter you can use a K&N type air filter.
