While it may be possible that this cover would cover a 7″ torque converter, we have only confirmed its compatibility as a clutch cover. This cover measures approximately 12.75″ long, 3.5″ in height, and tapers from 7″ wide to 7-3/8″ wide. We do have a torque converter cover, item W75-8416, which measures 13.5″ long, 5″ in height, and tapers from about 6″ wide to about 7″ wide.
